Abstract:
This study explores a theoretical research with a structural equation modeling based on literature reviews to investigate the factors affecting the hybrid learning performance of logistics engineering. In pursuit of a high-quality research, we collected and tested the relevant data measured for statistical analysis. As the consequence, we discovered that epistemological beliefs and good learning strategies will contribute to the development of the performance with the effect of motivation the learning strategies playing a full mediator role in the model.
