In private communications or even in television broadcasting, we can sometimes just see a picture of the speaker but not the face video of the person. This may due to the inconvenience of the speaker to make appearance in front of the camera or limited channel capacity for sending out the video. This paper gives our deep learning approach and an attractive demonstration to make the face picture talk as a usual person in video, which potentially allows many industrial and consumer applications.en_US
