dc.description.abstract本文透過一個網上專業社群 —「香港社會工作論壇」— 的經驗,討論網上社區作爲社會行動的平台的效能,和新興技術與傳統社會社區工作可以怎樣配合,以促進更公平的社會參與,爲制定社會政策創造另類的論述場所。本文亦指出,網上社區應該在時機成熟時,從虛擬世界走到現實,把虛擬和現實世界的組織行動結合起來,善用科技,實際行動,以爭取更理想的改革和社會政策。en_US
