dc.description.abstract | <b>目的</b> 探索和分析運用行動學習法進行救生包教學過程中,護生的體驗和反思。 <b>方法</b> 採用行動學習法,收集護生的反思報告資料,並採用質性資料內容分析方法進行分析。 <b>結果</b> 93名護生在行動學習救生包過程中,從最初準備無序階段到有序階段,最後進入實現目標的過程。 在這個過程中護生不斷反思、由淺入深、始終緊緊圍繞解決問題的全過程。 <b>結論</b> 採用行動學習法需要護生進行不斷的行動和反思。將救生包準備和演練納入災害護理課程,對提升護生解決問題和災害應對能力發揮著積極作用。 <b>Objective</b> To examine changes made by students in developing a survival kit in a given disaster situation. <b>Methods</b> Action learning approach was adopted. Data from reflective journals were collected. Conventional qualitative content analysis was utilized. <b>Results</b> Changes from this learning experience in 93 nursing students was involved from less organized to well organized, and ultimately moving into the next goal in a new situation. Reflection played an essential role surrounded in this constant and iterative process. <b>Conclusion</b> Using action learning approach requires participants' constant action and reflection. Developing a survival kit in the subject of “Disasters and Global Health Challenges” has become distinctive to foster nursing students' problem-solving skills in disaster preparedness. | en_US |
