Based on data collected from 575 implementers who implemented the Tier 1 Program of the community-based Project P.A.T.H.S. in Hong Kong, the current study examined their views on the program and the predictors of subjective outcome measures. The program implementers completed a validated client satisfaction scale (Form B) after completion of the program. Results revealed that most of the program implementers perceived program content, their own performance, and program effectiveness in a favorable manner. In line with previous studies, both perceived program content and self-perceived performance of the workers predicted perceived program effectiveness. In short, the current findings supported the effectiveness of the Tier 1 Program of the community based Project P.A.T.H.S. from the perspective of the implementers.en_US
