| dc.description.abstract | 在香港地區，青少年幫派已受到三合會的控制。青少年在參與幫派活動時，基本通過三類主要途徑來實現其“三合會化”的過程。首先，青少年被蛛網式組織結構吸收進幫派後，被“大佬與小弟”的關系所牢固；其次，三合會元素與理念亦通過幫派日常活動而逐漸向青少年灌輸；最後，青少年幫派中不言而喻、但又極具強制力的規矩與控制方法，使得其成員在受制於三合會控制的同時，亦逐漸被三合會的價值觀所同化。可見，青少年幫派的三合會化為三合會組織提供了新的兵源，使其雖然經歷了時代的變遷仍得以繼續生存。 | en_US |
