dc.description.abstract美國社會工作逾百年發展歷程表明,其職業化發展先于專業教育,職業化催生專業教育發展,專業教育進而促進職業化水平提升。在職業化和專業化發展背景下,美國社會工作專業教育的現狀呈現鮮明的本土化和情境化轉向。中國的社會工作發展則是以傳授“舶來”式西方專業理論和知識為主的專業教育先行,職業化發展滯后,專業教育與社區情境或本土實務存在明顯“錯位”現象。美國的歷程啟示,中國的社會工作專業教育可以轉向本土化和情境化,更加緊密地聯結具體的社區情境和本土實務。en_US
