dc.description.abstract	人們很少在學術上對社會工作督導給予較多的關注(Rabinowitz,1987)，也不願把太多的精力花在通過社會工作實務的歷史去研究社會工作督導起源的時間及原因。在過去的120年間，社會福利發展和社會工作專業化的進程這兩個因素影響了督導的發展。只有通過回顧社會工作督導的淵源，我們才能識別其主要的特徵。	en_US
