dc.description.abstract | 本文探討組織理論叢林,追尋組織的後設理論時,發現組織理論的不共通性令到這個嘗試不可能成功。反之,筆者提出以古印度隱喻「瞎子摸象」說明組織的複雜特徵,並提供一些克服這種不共通性的建議。作者認為,組織理論發展關鍵不在於提出新的綜合,而是要針對同一種組織現象,運用相同的學術語言和概念,澄清自己的研究立場和時間觀,才能產生實質性研究貢獻,並對社會福利組織的發展的研究帶來新的啟示。 | en_US |
