dc.description.abstract | This paper aims at reviewing the existing theoretical models of supervision for social workers and constructing a comprehensive model of social work supervision. In the new model, both the supervisory relationship and supervisory process were recon-ceptualized. The influence of culture as the major context for supervision was emphasized. This reconceptualization provides a wider perspective for research and theory building in the future. | en_US |
